James and I both turned Professional in 2002, fast forward nearly 25 years and "Ersky" is still leading the way for PGA Club Professionals across the UK+I. An incredible journey from his roots in the south of Scotland, the game of golf and his PGA background has taken James all over the world, however, it is his impact on the Junior game throughout Scotland that saw James rewarded with a world-renowned award in 2025. A fantastic listen to learn more about how the role of a PGA Club Professional is changing and also the pivotal part they play in the day to day running of a golf club.

Having pursued her golfing career on a golf scholarship in the states, Linzi returned to West Kilbride, Scotland and completed her PGA training. Fast forward a few years and she has recently been crowned Scottish Coach of the Year, and is paving the way for dozens of new golfers, in particular, Ladies and Juniors. A great story and some advice here for any newbies wishing to get into the game.
