Do something that would really scare you ?

Today I posted a video. And that created a 'tension' and 'fear' inside of me. Why ? Because that video was created by me and it was me in the video. Not sure how you feel about 'selfie' pics and video ? Well I truly do not like what I see most of the time and having had the subject discussed in the past, most of us feel that way. Have you ever 'jumped to the wrong conclusion' ?

I believe we have all jumped to conclusions and judged people without knowing all the facts. I know for sure that I certainly have. Without doubt. While taking a break from my online training, I decided to clear the mind by watching a few short videos. Jay Shetty is someone who know how to tell a story and get the message across. Be yourself and do what you feel is right for you !

Many of us has a story to tell. A message to share. Most of us really do want to help others and of course receive help when needed. "Just Do It" is so apt here and I encourage you to just go ahead where you are with what you have. Do not be concerned about what others might think or say. Yes, I know from first hand experience today that it is not always easy, but we have to move ahead and past the limitations that others might set for us.
