an honest conversation | Normal Mum with Carys Harding
I LOVE being a mum, I don't always talk about the parts of it I don't like because I feel like there's always enough of that on the internet. 'What have I done?' - The 'Jump' from 2 to 3
I found the early days of going from 2 to 3 HARD! Not sure if it was because 5 days postpartum we had a round of chickenpox in the house, or if because my baby had reflux... but I really struggled, especially when social media would say it's 'so easy' and they 'fit right in' I would question myself, what am I doing wrong? Have I made a mistake? We're 5 months in now and I can confirm, it's the greatest thing and I LOVE being a mum of three, but those early days... wow! It really felt like I was robbed of my newborn bubble - not everyone's journey is the same, but here's mine!
