Beskrivelse

In this episode, Masked Podcaster 2 starts to talk about Wasteland, and doesn't stop. I'm terribly sorry. The story involves... receipts. I don't want to think about it.As brief, merciful respites in the onslaught of horror, we digress onto increasingly bizarre topics, including the Chronic Argonauts (again) and whether or not Harlan Ellison would play shuffleboard with Hitler in an alternate universe. This entire summary is starting to sound like a Mad Lib.At no point are the Superfriends or Dr. Who mentioned, but Thundarr the Barbarian makes a brief appearance.

Not Insane 2008-04-21: Skeksi Voices

For security reasons, the Masked Podcasters have long shrouded their very voices in a protective cloud of static cunningly disguised as restaurant background noise. In an unprecedented display of personal daring, our Cogent Compadres boldly step through this haze and proudly issue their collective barbaric yawps over the rooftops of the world. Whatever the heck they mean by that.So now, you (the audience... if that is your REAL name) can bask in their unvarnished brilliance (because brilliance is so much better before the varnish goes on) of the Masked Podcasters' transcendental sanity as they discuss Markov chains, Apple II computers (a-gain-- but this time in new excruciating detail!), the Monty Hall problem, whether or not there's a special place in hell for audio engineers (there is), and whether or not parenthetical interjections make everything better (they do, but actually we don't discuss that on the podcast).Oldthinkers unbellyfeel.
