Taking time to create small simple moments – it’s the best.

Life gets in the way – that’s for sure. Sometimes forcing us to focus our energies in different directions to where we envisage, we would end up. And with constant challenges rolling in, both positive and negative, it can feel like an emotional roller-coaster. In this episode we share a few short moments where we put a stop-and-pause on ‘life’. Taking some quick breaks, creating time to soak up the surrounds and really enjoy the simple things. This includes a fantastic impromptu mini-break to North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) where we get to meet the locals, see heaps of wildlife including whales, and have a relaxing drink and chat at St Stradbroke Wine Bar. Its these simple moments that can be so rewarding and help us to re-charge, ready for the next chapter life sends our way.
