Notes from a tapping practitioner
This episode is a little different, rather than present a technique this episode is a 'fairy story' exploring the challenges for clients of stepping away from the old safety mechanisms that kept them safe in the past, but now keep them trapped. The castle in the photo, which inspired the analogy, is Beaumaris Castle on Ynys Môn/Anglesey in Wales, about 20 miles away from where I grew up. Heads-up Episode #10, "Tethering The Goat" will drop on 10th June 2026.
