Our definition of family is often limited by past negative experiences or blissful future dreams, but what does Jesus mean when he talks about family? Often times Jesus means so much more than the white picket fence of our dreams or the drama of our past, He draws a picture of a church that loves one another right where they are and is courageous enough to say the hard things that need to be said.
