AS THE BOOK OF NUMBERS WHICH IS SPEAKING TO THE LAST REMAINING GENERATION OF THE EXODUS, AS A NEW GENERATION WILL BE THE ONES ENTERING THE PROMISED LAND EXCEPT YEHOSHUA AND CALEB….. (CALEB ALTHOUGH FROM THE TRIBE OF JUDAH, REALLY was from the clan of edom that converted… edom today represents the Christians THAT MOVED AWAY FROM HER JEWISH ROOTS… AND IN THE LAST DAYS…WILL COME TO THEIR JEWISH ROOTS AND GRAFT THEMSELVES back TO ISRAEL…. AND ONLY THE TWO WILL COME into the Kindom..THE JEWS AND THE CHRISTIIAN CONVERTS THAT HAVE BEEN CALLED AND AWAKEN FROM ITS JEWISH ROOTS….. THEY REPRSENTS THE GRAFTED BELIEVERS AS HE HAS A DIFF SPIRIT… Numbers Chapter 25 · The Reward: God grants Pinchas the "Covenant of Peace" and the eternal priesthood (Kehunah) for his zealotry in halting the deadly plague. · The Identities: The unnamed man and woman executed at the end of the previous portion are identified as Zimri (a prince of Simeon) and Cozbi (a Midianite princess). Chapter 26 · The Command to Attack: God commands Israel to harass and defeat the Midianites for using entrapment and sin to destroy the camp. · The New Census: Moses and Elazar count the military-aged men (20 and older) of the new generation. The total count is 601,730, revealing that the old generation has completely died out in the desert. · Land Allocation: God instructs that the Land of Israel be divided among the tribes based on population size and by casting holy lots. Numbers Chapter 27 · Daughters of Zelophehad: Five sisters (Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah) successfully petition Moses for their deceased father’s land inheritance, prompting God to establish the Torah’s laws of inheritance. · Succession of Leadership: God tells Moses to look at the Promised Land from the mountain because he will soon die. Moses begs for a successor, and God chooses Joshua. Moses publicly ordains Joshua before the entire nation. Numbers Chapters 28 and 29 · The Liturgical Calendar: God commands the detailed schedule of public communal offerings (Korbanot), transitioning the nation from spontaneous worship to structured consistency. · The Offerings Listed: o Daily: The morning and afternoon constant offerings (Tamid). o Weekly: The additional offerings for Shabbat. o Monthly: The offerings for the New Moon (Rosh Chodesh). o Annual Festivals: The specific additions (Musaf) for Passover, Shavuot, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot (including the 70 bulls), and Shemini Atzeret.
