Get Better Help (Hebrews 4:14-5:3)

We start a new section today where we’ll learn for a couple of weeks about the Better Help available in Christ. We have seen already that he is better than prophets, angels, Moses, David and Joshua. We have seen how he gives us a Better House and a Better Heart, now we will see how offers us Better Help. What we will see is that he doesn’t just ‘do the job’ of a high priest, he does it better. It is not just that he offers help to mankind, HOW he helps us is important to know too. God's Rest (Hebrews 4:1-11)

A global ‘sleep survey’ conducted by Dutch company Philips concluded that '60% of adults don’t sleep as well as they would like to.' That's physical rest, how about mental rest?  Almost every measure and study suggests people are in short supply of that too.
