Episode 011 : Med Steps 5 Challenge preview with Steven Belilo

The third annual Med Steps 5 Challenge is due to take place later this month. The Challenge sees teams and individuals climb the Med Steps to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar five times to raise much needed funds for the Cancer Relief Centre in Gibraltar. Last year, around 200 people took part and raised over £7,000 in the process. I caught up with one of the organisers, Steven Belilo at the start of the course. Care to join me? Episode 010: Alameda Gardening Club

The lush green Alameda Botanical Gardens are the green lungs of Gibraltar. For a community where few people have gardens of their own, they are a valuable resource for all ages. The Alameda Gardening Club, which offers school aged children the chance to get their hands dirty and grow plants and vegetables, has launched a crowd funding project to build a BioDome. The group hopes to be able to expand what it does and offer Gibraltar's children an even better gardening experience.
