Power Platform Panic Room
In episode three of the Power Platform Panic Room, we welcome our good friend and award winning community superstar Janet Robb, an adoption and enablement expert working at the intersection of people and technology. They discuss Janet’s journey forming some of the early D365 and Power Platform user groups in the UK, and why the community-led approach to knowledge has been so critical in enabling organisations with Microsoft technologies (if you’re reading this we’re sure you know too!). They also talk about the challenge getting individuals and teams to adopt AI-driven tools and agentic working, and methodologies Janet is applying in her work to #MakeItSticky. Janet also explains to us the three stages of AI enablement as she has seen it in her client work: Adoption -> Utilisation -> Proficiency and some of the key factors organisations need to realise in order to make all stages real for their whole spectrum of users.
