Welcome back to Powerhouse the Podcast, episode 2! POWERHOUSE - the IWD edition

On this very first episode of POWERHOUSE - we brush of those nerves and a few tech difficulties to launch POWERHOUSE! I am joined by a very good friend, Ashlee Harper, who has been encouraging me to get this podcast up & going for the past 2 years! We cover the WHY behind starting this podcast, the meaning behind POWERHOUSE.. we chat about overcoming fears, facing difficulties & struggles with mental health. This week is International Women's Day and in this episode, we also chat about the shift in dialogue we've seen this year, and what that looks like for women moving forward.
