New Year, Same Me...But Better

Happy New Year friends!!! It is officially 2023, and I am so excited.  In this episode I will be talking all things New Years resolutions and goal setting.  I want to explore a mindset shift with you that I think will help you actually achieve your New Years goals.  I will be explaining why I believe the "New Year New Me" mindset can actually be toxic and negative and how I think shifting to a "New Year, Same Me...But Better" will actually serve you better when it comes to your new year.  This year, I want us to focus on loving ourselves fully when it comes to going after goals and changes, and be excited and encouraged about our resolutions rather than feel negative pressure or guilt.  I am cheering you on in the new year, friend.  Cheers!

The Hardest Year Of My Life

Hey y'all! I took a huge break from my last episode.  This new episode tells you why.  I also share my story on the last 365 days I've had.  It's been the hardest year of my life, but from that hard I've a lot of healing, a lot of growing, and a whole lot of learning.  I wouldn't take back my last year for anything, because I truly think it has helped me find who I am and grow in ways that I needed.  I share about the lowest few months of my life and how I got from rock bottom to where I am now - thriving and strong and healing immensely.  This episode is part therapy for me, but I also hope this can help someone also going through a valley.  But more than anything, I just want you to know that your valley will not last forever.  You've got this.  Thank you so much for listening!
