The Breathwork Advantage with Lori Kahn

Lori Kahn is an accomplished mindfulness and breathwork coach, and she joins the conversation today to add valuable insights into the power of the breath. Lori shares some of her story that led her to pursue breathwork, as well as the benefits she’s found in her own life through meditation and breathing. She also has some great tips on how to teach our kids breathing techniques.
