I’ve been stuck on feelings, guys. And it’s cause I’m tired of running away from them. They get so uncomfortable so it makes sense for me to keep wanting to run away from them.  But no more.  Running away from my feelings is like running into an abyss or getting lost in a giant forest.  It’s not worth it. The more I think I’m getting away from what’s “hurting me”, the more hurt and lost I become.  I choose to meet with the pains instead.  I understand it’s hard to sit with your feelings, but it’s no longer a good excuse to run away and harm yourself and others instead.  I’m not being extreme, I’m speaking the truth.  We lie, we cheat, we steal, we hurt, we judge, we scold, we manipulate, we talk shit, we blame, we hit, we hurt, all because we don’t want to first feel our feelings. We hurt others because we are first hurt ourselves.  We think that pointing fingers at others takes the fire off OUR backs? OUR shame? Think again, because it just highlights how hurt we are.  So instead of continuously hurting others, how about we take accountability and feel into the things we get to feel into? Why don’t we show ourselves love instead of relying on others for the love that is our responsibility to give to ourselves? We’ve got it twisted yall. And it’s okay. You can start and learn how to be with yourself and love all your uncomfortable feelings. Now. Today. J

What if you don’t know how it’s going to work, you just walk in knowing that it’s going to work out? #faith #trust Inspiration and momentum comes after you take that leap.  Your EGO tries to get you to sit in your comfort. It likes it when you spend all your time thinking about how to do something instead of actually doing it.  Are you creating and putting your stuff out there with the intention to get validation? For other people to like your stuff? Do you even like your stuff? Life ain’t gonna be a smooth ass ride, what are you doing to do when there’s a wrench that’s tossed in your life?  Stop employing all these tactics just to make sure you’ll be liked. Get back to who you really are. You’re already someone who is in love with yourself.  Start showing up as that person.  That person does not need to feel perfect. Does not need to be perfect.  Start doing things for YOU. Not for others. For YOU. Funny thing is .. I was waiting for a long time for my storage drive to load, it never did and that's where I keep my music and image on. You don't have a problem, just a pattern. When you see things about you as a "problem", it's less likely that you'll feel empowered to change. You're more likely to choose to believe that it's "just who you are".  When you see it as just a pattern, you're more likely to believe that you can just change this pattern.  There is nothing wrong with you. And whenever you're ready to make the choice, you can reintroduce whatever pattern you want into your life and start cultivating the results you desire!  Sending so much love <3

Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2187961/open_sms] humans are mostly afraid of their own feelings. period.  there's so much to say around this topic but at the end of the day, if someone wants to continuously be stuck in the same cycle and not want to change, then that's the way it's going to be.  BUT, my hope is for those who's sick and tired of feeling sick and tired of being in the same vicious cycles, bringing up the same vicious pain... who WANT to find ways OUT of living the insane cycles of suffering, to hear this one out!  Feelings are not meant to cripple you out of living your dream life, your passion, connecting with others. That's not what they're meant to do. They're meant to teach you what still lives within you that ultimately needs attentions. They are not meant to hinder you, they are a part of you and they deserve to be felt.  And when we do give these feelings the attention and love they want and deserve, they actually don't rule our lives and cause us to suffer anymore. It's a beautiful healing process anyone can commit to.
