James Logan after being diagnosed with stage four cancer chose to face the fear after the devastating news. Using his years of triathlon training to focus on getting better. Swopping run, bike, swim for chemo, radiation and surgery. The uncertainty has given him an acceleration on life and he is using this to inspire the world. Focused on the Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii he has just released his book, Just Keep Tri-ing, with proceeds going to the Ironman Foundation. James’ story shows that resilience is built one decision at a time and courage can be simply choosing to keep going through adversity. 4 weeks away from running The South Downs Way 100 mile trail race. Not that I’ll be racing. Completion is my aim within the 30 hour cutoff. Training, pacing, fuelling needs to be on point. Then let it all unfold on the day. 13th June.

Full flow mid block for the South Downs Way 100 mile ultra in June. Focused on training but without missing the gold of life. Being present and enjoying it.
