Episode 5 - Leadership

Episode 4 - Japan

I wasn't (technically) an adult when I was forced to leave my home in Maryland and travel literally across the world to start a new chapter in Japan.  I was fresh out of high school when my dad told me our family was moving there for the final chapter of his Army career.  Needless to say I was not excited to uproot and start a new life.  But it's funny how things work out sometimes.  I gained a worldly view of life and grew as a person and all the credit is because of Japan.  Thank you for giving this podcast a listen and allowing me to share my experience with yourself.  Ja ne! https://www.facebook.com/TheAsian241 Instagram: @theasian2417

Episode 3 - Pre-Jump

Being in a Paratrooper in an Airborne Unit is amazing.  Jumping out of planes is the best way to spend a day while serving in the Army.  Eventually you will be asked, maybe even forced, to become a Jump Master.  The training is long and arduous but hopefully it will pay off one day.  This is for anyone studying to be a Jump Master.  The best way I found to memorize Pre-Jump was simply record it.  I hope it helps.  Airborne All The Way! https://www.facebook.com/TheAsian241 Instagram: @theasian2417

Episode 2 - A Jack of All Trades

Growing up I was ok at a lot of things, but never really great at one thing.  In this episode I discuss what it really means to be a jack of all trades, master of none.  I recall the many sports I played as a child to the one I picked up later in life.  If I had applied myself to one craft, such as art, music, or even Tae Kwon Do, my life would be totally different than it is now.  It wasn't until Airborne school that I learned the full saying "a jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than the master of one."  I realized it is ok to be good at a lot of different things and I do not have to be a master of anything.  Thank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen.  Cheers. https://www.facebook.com/TheAsian241 Instagram: @theasian2417
