Executive Coaching is the specialised branch of Coaching that is fast in demand. Whereas it is build on the generic coaching principles, philosophy, frameworks, and practices, it is always applied in context of the environment in which the clients and their organizations find themselves. It also responds to the dynamic and complex situations in which the executives function. We talk of the VUCA world in referring to the environment and the conditions under which the executives operate.

My Coaching Model is based on my company Philosophy, and it is named after it. The MIND! The JOURNEY! The DESTINY! We apply our MIND to the JOURNEY that takes us to our DESTINY! The MIND is equivalent to the Coaching Perspective, The JOURNEY to the Coaching Process, whereas The DESTINY is equivalent to the Coaching Purpose. The Coaching Perspective, Process and Purpose are referred as the Pillars of the Coaching Models. I equally regard, The MIND! The JOURNEY! The DESTINY! as the three pillars of my Coaching Model.
