333. All GOOD things must come to an END

After 3 1/2 years of recording my podcast, it is time to close the chapter of this book in my life and opened another chapter. With much thought and prayer I’m recording my final podcast today. There are so many things that I have learned from doing this podcast. I have met some incredible people and listen to their amazing stories. I have been able to record prompting and inspiration I received while reading the scriptures and living life through different experiences. Thank you so much for supporting me through this incredible journey! Moroni 9:6 “And now, my beloved son, notwithstanding their hardness, let us labor diligently; for if we should cease to labor, we should be brought under condemnation; for we have a labor to perform whilst in this tabernacle of clay, that we may conquer the enemy of all righteousness, and rest our souls in the kingdom of God.” Moroni 9: 25 My son, be faithful in Christ; and may not the things which I have written grieve thee, to weigh thee down unto death; but may Christ lift thee up, and may his sufferings and death, and the showing his body unto our fathers, and his mercy and long-suffering, and the hope of his glory and of eternal life, rest in your mind forever. 26 And may the grace of God the Father, whose throne is high in the heavens, and our Lord Jesus Christ, who sitteth on the right hand of his power, until all things shall become subject unto him, be, and abide with you forever. 331. Do you BELIEVE in MIRACLES?

“Miracles are a part of the gospel of Jesus Christ. If miracles cease it is because faith has ceased.” God knows each of us. He loves us! He know our pains, sorrows, joys, worries, discouragements. We’re never alone!!  Bailey shared this to us last night while reading scriptures, “Sometimes our own personal conversion doesn’t happen in the sacred grove but rather our own personal Liberty jail.”

God accomplishes his work through small things. While reading my scriptures, I was reminded of this very truth. Join me today as I share some thoughts about small groups. Alma 37: 6 Now ye may suppose that this is foolishness in me; but behold I say unto you, that by small and simple things are great things brought to pass; and small means in many instances doth confound the wise. 7 And the Lord God doth work by means to bring about his great and eternal purposes; and by very small means the Lord doth confound the wise and bringeth about the salvation of many souls.

329. Lessons LEARNED on a RANCH

Three lessons I learned going to the Washington Family Ranch in Central Oregon. Lesson # 1: God created this earth for you and I to fill his love and experience his goodness.  D&C 59: 18 Yea, all things which come of the earth, in the season thereof, are made for the benefit and the use of man, both to please the eye and to gladden the heart; 19 Yea, for food and for raiment, for taste and for smell, to strengthen the body and to enliven the soul. 20 And it pleaseth God that he hath given all these things unto man Lesson # 2: Even though we might be given mundane tasks to accomplish, there is a purpose and growth in these experiences.   Lesson # 3: Continue to do good.
