I had the pleasure of having mini me chef it up with me, as we made fried purple cabbage and black bean tacos with a quick and simple Guacamole. Recipes: Purple cabbage, chili oil, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos or soy sauce. Black beans (can), taco seasoning/spices, Simple guacamole; 1/2 avocado, 1/2 lime, 1/2 onion (diced), 1/2 jalapeño (diced), La costeña sliced jalapeños juice to taste. Disclaimer: I was super excited about this episode, I’ve the idea for months we were finally able to cook and record. I apologize if I didn’t cover the (THC) clearly, but know that the episode is the message.

Midday mixer where we prepare lunch and discuss challenging learned habits and the importance of discernment. Things got a little noisy during the deglazing (high shoulder chuckle) chefs know. Recipe: Gyoza / gyoh-zah, brown sugar 1/4-1/2 cup, sriracha oil. Dipping sauce: sriracha oil, green onions, coconut aminos or soy sauce, sesame oil.
