SLU Public Health Unscripted
In this special edition of the ‘Public Health: Unscripted’ podcast, we showcase the Master of Public Health concentration in Behavioral Science and Health Equity (BSHE). Joining the conversation are current MPH student Amanda Nothstine, along with Jamirah Abdul-Haqq and Cheleia Marshall, all of whom studied in the Department of Behavioral Science and Health Equity. Together, they share their insights on what BSHE truly means, what inspired them to pursue this concentration, and how their coursework transformed their understanding of health disparities. They also reflect on the importance of BSHE in today’s public health landscape and offer advice for other students considering this path.
