M.E/CFS (an explanation kinda/my diagnosis)

I was recently finally diagnosed with ME/CFS (myalgic enencephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue syndrome) after nearly 4 years of chronic symptoms and no answers or help, and I've been researching it a shit ton and want to share my experiences as well as some basic info, to spread the knowledge about this chronic illness!!

A messy intro

I had a description typed up and ready to go the other day... and didn't save it, so I am leaving it to the episode to be self explanatory. My apologies about audio quality it's the best I've got at the moment, but will hopefully be able to get a decent mic or system going on if enough people are interested in hearing my ramblings.
