PUNCH ROMAINE - said to be the last cocktail served on the Titanic (IYKYK) Ingredients: 1 ounce light rum, 1 egg white, 1 ounce orange juice, 0.5 ounce lemon juice, 0.5 ounce simple syrup, 2 ounces champagne (or prosecco. To make: Add all ingredients except ice and champagne to your shaker. Dry shake for about 15 seconds. Add ice then shake again. Strain into a glass filled with shaved ice (we used cubed ice) then top with champagne/prosecco. MOCKTAIL - Skip the rum. Substitute prosecco for sparkling white grape juice.
