Namun, tidak semuanya dapat diwujudkan sekaligus dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Startup, tidak seperti perusahaan yang telah mapan, memiliki sumber daya yang terbatas. Perlu adanya fokus dalam menghadirkan sebuah solusi baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. “Do not feel afraid about bending realities,” kata Jonathan. Sebagai founder harus punya rasa percaya diri sifat ambisius yang tinggi untuk membayangkan realita yang ingin dicapai dengan adanya inovasi yang kamu buat. Saat orang-orang mengatakan inovasi yang kamu pikirkan itu tidak mungkin direalisasikan, mungkin itu berdasarkan penilaian mereka terhadap realita yang ada di hari ini, sedangkan inovasimu adalah realita yang kamu bayangkan akan terjadi di masa depan. Namun, di sisi lain, sebagai founder, kamu pun harus memiliki sifat rendah hati dan terbuka dengan masukan apabila data di lapangan menunjukkan hal yang sebaliknya dari yang kamu rencanakan.
