In this unforgettable episode, host Tzipora Grodko welcomes Tzirel Liba and Yankel Greenberg, a couple whose individual journeys of faith, heartbreak, growth, and divine timing converge into a powerful story of hope and healing. Raised in a warm but non-observant Jewish home in Queens, Tzirel Liba always felt a deep connection to Judaism. Her path took her from Hebrew school curiosity to becoming a devoted Baalas Teshuva, navigating decades of spiritual searching, marriage, motherhood, and eventually, single parenthood. For 13 years, she raised seven children on her own—leaning on Emunah, gratitude, and music to carry her through immense challenges. Along the way, she founded the "Shabbos Queen Project" and composed over 120 songs that gave voice to her soul’s journey. Yankel Greenberg, born and raised in Southern California, grew up secular but spiritually searching. A chance encounter with Chabad, combined with his growing discomfort in the conservative movement, led him to a deeper relationship with Torah and Yiddishkeit. After losing his first wife of 41 years, he too found himself in a place of reinvention—open to what Hashem might have in store next. Two people. Two long journeys. One extraordinary meeting. Through faith, patience, and relentless trust in Hashem’s plan, their paths finally crossed—and a new love story began. Now remarried, Tzirel Liba and Yankel share how their life experiences prepared them for each other, and how healing and connection can blossom even after years of pain. This episode is a moving testament to the power of resilience, divine timing, and the endless possibilities that open up when you live with purpose and trust. In this powerful episode of the Stories of Hope podcast, we sit down with Danny and Hannah Schuster, a remarried couple who open up about their personal journeys through divorce, healing, and ultimately finding each other. Hannah shares what it was like growing up as one of Chabad miracle triplets, navigating early marriage, and facing the isolation of being a young divorcée in a community that didn’t know how to support her. Danny talks about being one of 12 children, bouncing between yeshivas, experiencing divorce while raising two young kids, and enduring public criticism for his post-divorce dating preferences. Together, Danny and Hannah Schuster share their story of how their separate paths — one rooted in hands-on fatherhood, the other in high stakes law and healing — converged to form a grounded, blended family. They also introduce Shomer HaBayit, a community initiative they founded that provides free legal mediation and post-divorce crisis support for individuals navigating the challenges of co-parenting, custody, and life after separation. Their work focuses on single parent households trying to rebuild. Shalom HaBayit emphasizes the importance of peaceful, dignified resolutions. This episode is a deep dive into resilience, empathy, boundaries, and the transformative power of helping others. It’s a story of love, healing, and breaking the mold to do what’s right—not what’s expected.
