The first of the year always propels us to set new (and sometimes old) goals. The problem with "resolutions" is that we can easily lose track if we do not find a way to create the momentum that will create the habits that help you achieve your goals. In this podcast, I breakdown my three P's of what it takes to create and build the momentum each of us needs to see our goals achieved. Setting goals is easy, but achieving them is not. Goals are meant to be hard and are meant to push us out of our comfort zone. Knowing your purpose is the first key and then making sure you are planning for the time (and discipline) you will need to achieve success. In a world where the hustle and bustle of daily life often takes precedence, it's a rare gem to come across a company that not only values its employees but also takes the time to pass along invaluable wisdom. Recently, I had the privilege of striking up a conversation with a young Chic Fil A employee while waiting in line at their counter. What I discovered in that brief encounter left a lasting impression and prompted me to ponder why more companies don't follow suit.
