Our guest is Nick Skeadas, owner of Curbside Compost in Ridgefield, CT a provider of food waste pick up services in Fairfield County, CT. We’re taking a deep dive into food waste: how much is being wasted by whom, collection and repurposing successes and challenges, and viable solutions to going zero food waste. We can all be part of the solution as long as we’re informed and empowered to take positive steps.
