Former Air Force Captain James F. Linzey is the composer of the official United States Space Force Hymn, Creator of the Universe, and the author of the United States Army Cadet Command Prayer. He served under United States Air Force Space Command at Vandenberg Air Force Base and completed 24 years of military chaplaincy service in the United States Air Force and United States Army, retiring with the rank of Major as an Army chaplain.
