Words. We all use words. We use words to communicate what we are trying to say to someone. We use words to describe how we feel and what we want. Words are important in our life. The Bible speaks more about our tongue and what we say than almost any subject in the entire bible. Some scholars say that over two hundred verses reference the use of our words. So, what we say and how we say it matters!

Welcome to Pentecost Sunday. We celebrate the day that the church officially begins today. It was on this day almost two thousand years ago that the Holy Ghost was given to the Church and the New Covenant with God begins. But this day wouldn’t have happened if the disciples hadn’t listened to Jesus and what he told them to do. Let’s look at what Jesus said.

Motherhood is not for the faint of heart; one must be very courageous. From conception to giving birth to raising a person from infancy to adulthood. It takes courage to raise children when you are constantly confronted with unknows everyday and yet you still trust God for you and your children.
