The 2020-2021 school year was stock full of change personally, professionally, and emotionally. In yoga, there is the concept of “Aparigraha” or non-attachment. Today, Janel reflects on the constant change and the approaches she’s had to make to adapt and bring with her into the 2021-2022 school year: practicing non attachment with the “Done not perfect” and 80/20 mindset.
