Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2110611/fan_mail/new] Cheyenne Tant’s dream of becoming a game warden in Texas gave way to a game career move to SD’s Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.  Capitalizing on her ag business education and Texas Dept. of Ag. internship, Cheyenne is a DANR policy advisor working the halls of SD’s Capitol.  While some scrutinize statues, Cheyenne scrutinizes statutes.  Also, sounds like she had barrels of fun with Shorty.

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2110611/fan_mail/new] Not a shadow of a doubt that South Dakota FFA is generating leaders eclipsing limitations.  Caroline Hansen, Leadership Program Manager for the association, highlights that a first step is to “give our young people permission to lead.”  Kate Meyer, the current FFA State Secretary, reminds us that the “backing and encouragement” of ag teachers propels FFA members forward.  While the best ag teachers may not give a hoot about accolades, FFA rewards their motivational wisdom with a Golden Owl Big Check.
