"Let not your heart be troubled"

Why did Jesus come to the earth as a child, what was his role ?

Isaiah predicted that One would come to earth born as a child , in the midst of us, and He will be called, Wonderful Counsellor, Everlasting Father, Mighty God and Prince of Peace. Let´s find comfort in His attributes.

"Come unto me all you who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest"

Wouldn´t it be nice to live a life that is free of burdens and troubles? Jesus invites us to come and find rest for our souls. He asks us to partner with Him, and learn of Him, and this rest is guaranteed.

"Let not your heart be troubled"

Jesus admonishes his disciples and us, to not worry about anything,to partner with Him and learn of Him because he will make the christian experience and journey an easier one while we wait for the wonderful place that he has prepared for us.

Where do you you get your help from? Psalm 121

Psalms 121 admonishes us to look no further than the hills and mountains of our life to find help in times of need, because our help comes from the Lord, who is the creator of heaven and earth.

I saw the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven!

Can you imagine a world where there is no more death, pain, or suffering? Well, John the disciple saw a city where God dwells, and he assures us that it is real, and something to look forward to with joy!
