episode E books to build your higher self cover

Beskrivelse

Our higher self is the version of ourself that we are most proud of. They take responsibility, show up even on the days they're unsure of what the outcome will be and more. How can we dive into something and become someone else when we have no idea where to start?? In this episode I let loose a few fantastic books that helped me develop more skills on how to not only manage my days but also my state of mind. Grab a pad and pen, write down these titles, take notes when listening and apply the journal prompts given in some titles to level yourself up. Self development starts with the 'Self' letting go of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you are in the future much love  - Brad

episode is Si02 Dangerous?! cover

is Si02 Dangerous?!

To anyone that has applied a coating without a mask, I am certain you remember becoming light headed or receiving some type  of headache. Having hydrophobic properties and gloss is great, but at what cost? The construction industry and others have been riddled by over exposure to Silica (quartz). The properties may be different but the effect will more than likely similar if not worse possibly. Not knowing but being aware  of the risk involved in my opinion is best case given the hype in more people taking care of their cars themselves outside the hands of professionals. Si02 has a proven track record of bad news, please protect yourselves and stay as informed as possible. even if that involves self research. This episode is to simply bring awareness and value to those who seek it! Thank you for your continued support :)
