The phrase "Nooshe Jawn" which you can hear me say at the end of the episode is Persian for: Enjoy your meal. (or rather: Hope you enjoyed your meal, depending on the timing.) It's a phrase commonly used in Iran by the party host at either the beginning or the end of a meal. The phrase can also be loosely translated as: Bon Appétit.
