Beskrivelse

You may have heard the word "integration" being tossed around, but what does it actually mean?  In this episode, The Dandelion Sisters dive into the integration period of a healing experience and what that may look like.  You may have had a healing experience that cracked you open and expanded your awareness of yourself and others, but what happens next?  Following these experiences we enter into an integration period, where all the information we were given begins to assimilate into our daily lives.  At this point we can choose to continue the work, or go back to our old ways of living.  Join us for this electric conversation about how to integrate as well as our own practices and experiences.

Ep. 11 The Birth of a Baby and a Mother

In this episode, Dr. Nutt tells the story of her recent home birth and how her experiences differed in her two natural births and beyond.  She speaks passionately about the journey of motherhood, how through birth there is also death, and how remaining connected through the difficulties is important for both women and babies.  If you love a good birth story, you'll enjoy this heartwarming episode!
