Well some of you may know I’ve been doing neuro feedback therapy A.K.A. brain training (brainfitnesshawaii.com). Well I’ve finally got to sit down and record a conversation, with whom I consider one of my mentors, Dr. Hana Yin. She is an amazing human being on the cutting edge of helping people heal on very deep levels. She also has a background in growing up in Chinese medicine, yoga, and embarked on a two month Ayahuasca / Amazonian Shipibo Shaman apprenticeship journey. Her specialty in neuro feedback therapy is a combination of all the wisdom she’s attained throughout her life journey. She’s been helping me naturally tap into my own flow state potential, optimizing the function of my brain, while helping me integrate my Ayahuasca experiences. We talk a lot about our Ayahuasca experiences in this conversation and how it has changed our lives while igniting us with a clear purpose to contribute to the healing of the planet in our own unique ways. Episode 005 - Electro Magnetic Frequencies & Biological Damage

In this episode I share some need to know scientific data about our growing wireless technology. I personally have been experiencing health problems due to my unconscious exposure to this radiation. I share some resources for you to learn more about it as well as how to mitigate the inevitable long term health risks. Wireless technology has been around long enough for science to study it’s effects on our biology. The data is shocking and it is something we need to be aware of just as much as needing to know how pesticides poisoning our soil and food, affect our health. It ultimately causes damage to our health on a cellular level which can result in a long list of health problems including brain cancer. Wireless technology is now wreaking havoc on the biology of all living things.

Episode 004 - The Secret Life Of Emotions

Emotions! What a confusing force of inner nature?! Why did I have to go through so much to discover the complex dynamic of how emotions work? Probably to have this talk right here. It took decades of serious heart ache, substance abuse, trauma, and the will power to heal for me to understand my emotional intelligence and emotional stability. In this episode I share and dissect a few stories about the nature of emotions and how they are one hell of a force in our dimensions of health. It wasn’t till I healed my heart, tamed my mind, and got strict on focusing my energy in balancing all my dimensions of health, till I embraced the language of my emotions without being butchered by them.

I thought I’d finally talk about one of my life changing, life shifting daily practices and that is meditation! I share my story with meditation and how it is so important to all my dimensions of health; spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. I try my best to put something beyond words into words lol. My intention is to clear up a lot of misunderstandings about meditation and hopefully light a spark within you to see how meditation has the potential to shift your life into healing, wholeness, and abundance.
