I am ending this season here, but even though I am doing so, I am sure you know that nothing has changed yet. I have just shared my story so far, and yet there are millions who are not being heard concerning their concerns.

Doing a sanity check on the job hunt? You see, with all the bad things one can express in an uncomfortable situation, it is important to evaluate these things carefully with the good or possible good. Because, if you just see only bad you can become conditioned to this, and not see everything clearly. This makes us prone to bias, and so, as a simple sanity check, I am doing this by raising attention to the good I am experiencing from the perspective of recruiters and employers, albeit this is super scarce.

Gamified may sound fun, but it’s a lonely place.
