Today is my Dad’s 57th birthday, and I thought no better time to release an episode on my loss journey since his passing in July 2021. This episode will be a open free conversations about how to support someone through grief, how to look after yourself and a little bit about my story. Myths and Truths we should be told about relationships, my own personal experience with them and my own failures. Finding meaning through change, and as we grow up

This episode is a discussion that has plagued humans for as long as we’ve been around. Why are we here? What’s the point of it all? Is it all pointless? Fear of death etc. We will also address how to cope with loosing that childhood innocence, as we grow up and and pressure we feel as young people to achieve.

A candid chat from me to you about depression and anxiety.

With the increasing numbers of people suffering with depression and anxiety during this pandemic, I surface dive into the deep issue that is mental health. Specifically this week I will be talking about mental health candidly while trying to provide some practical advice about how I have coped with depression and anxiety, and a general platform and podcast aimed to make those suffering feel less alone. I am not a health care worker or expert just a student who knows how shit I can be in those super dark places, and want to create a platform to help those feelings the same way.
