Within this episode we explore how we react and develop unhelpful habits; these can show up in the form of self saboteur behaviour, lead us into toxic situations and vicious cycles. The first step is to recognise the ‘why’ and making steps to change thoughts, actions and behaviour. We discuss examples of habits, when we become triggered, the subconscious and knee jerk reactions can take hold of you, recognising and overcoming these habits involves healing from your past, leading us to a healthier happier life not getting in our own way!
