Episode 4: Michael- Becoming an Advocate

Michael- If I didnt do these programs, I would not have the skills or confidence I do now. So many opportunities that I have been given have helped me be a more confident person to create change a use my voice as an advocate.

Episode 3: Brock- Embracing a new Leadership Role

Brock- Throughout being in band I have watched the other section leaders and their different skills they have used to be a successful leader. I am taking that knowledge and using it to develop my leadership skills and style. One big thing I am passionate about is having good communication and empathy.

Episode 2: Liam- Learning to Become a Leader

Liam- I have worked my way from a bottom level to nearly a manager position for this game. I am learning on how to help develop and teach others how to be successful. I am still struggling with the deadlines and requirements but this challenge is allow me to face and overcome something difficult.

Episode 1: Laine- The Podcast Champion

Laine- As a Club kid I was given a lot of opportunities while also facing challenges of poverty and mental health struggles. My Boys & Girls Club created an enviroment for me to thrive and reach my highest potential. My Club has given me so much that I am so passionate about given todays youth the same amount of opportunity.
