Stephanie Reed is the director of Diversity and Inclusion at William Peace University and the founder of Aspire2Higher.  Bio: I am a higher education professional and former sales manager with multiple passions and interest areas. I have subject matter expertise in diversity, equity & inclusion in higher education and career/leadership development of college students. My PASSIONS include youth empowerment—specifically helping young people recognize their inherent abilities to be leaders/scholars. Additional passions include college retention & persistence to graduation, building career resiliency and "high career self esteem" in young professionals. My goals include securing national speaking engagements, publishing books and starting a movement among working professionals to Aspire2Higher! On Episode 4, we discuss how entrepreneurship could/should affect higher ed, dig deeper into the meaning of diversity & inclusion, legacy, and much more.
