Chef Natty Mortley has a story to tell and Anna and Libby were there to listen to it over Aldi's Monsigney Champagne and some Ron Santiago de Cuba. From a troublesome teen and a honeytrap stabbing, Chef Natty turned his life around through his passion for cooking. Awarded Best Newcomer at the CondéNast UK Restaurant Awards in 2025 he opened his own restaurant, '2210', and won Best New Restaurant the following year.
