S3 E2- Fear Of Posting

Season 3, Episode 2 of the JMC Pod is out now. This one’s personal. I’m talking about something that’s stopped me — and probably a lot of you — from putting ourselves out there: the fear of posting content. I get into why we hesitate, why we make excuses, and how sometimes it’s not even fear — it’s just resistance. I also talk about the gym analogy I always use… because let’s be real, content is a lot like working out. You don’t get results without reps. I share how I’ve tried to lower the friction for myself, how I set up my gear in a way that makes it easy to just hit record and go — and why having “the best camera” doesn’t mean anything if you’re not using it.
