Beskrivelse

Does God still care about us?  It’s a question many of us ask. Whether it’s a relationship, a new opportunity, an unexpected closed door, or simply a season of waiting, we long for the reassurance that God still cares about us, that the outcome He has for us if ordained by Him. In this episode of the Jules4Jesus Podcast, we explore one of the most comforting passages in Scripture. Jesus reminds us that not one sparrow is forgotten by God… and that even the very hairs on our heads are numbered (Luke 12:6–7). What if learning to recognise God’s fingerprints doesn’t begin with extraordinary signs… …but with ordinary moments? An unexpected act of kindness. A neighbour who arrives at exactly the right time. A prayer quietly answered. A burden unexpectedly lifted. The small details we are often tempted to overlook. Perhaps God’s providential care is not always loud. Perhaps it is beautifully orchestrated. Perhaps it is found in the quiet reminders that God is actively involved in our lives, even when we cannot yet see the whole picture. Join me as we talk about trusting God’s providential care, recognising His fingerprints, and discovering that the greatest blessing isn’t simply getting the outcome we want… It’s knowing that when it comes, we can look back and say: “That could only have been God.” Scriptures in this episode: • Luke 12:6–7 • Psalm 109 • Psalm 121

episode Why Are You Still Carrying Those Past Burdens? cover

Why Are You Still Carrying Those Past Burdens?

Have you ever reached a point where you realised that a season of your life had ended, but part of you was still carrying the burdens from it? In this episode of the Jules4Jesus Podcast, we explore what it means to cross over strongly into a new season with God. After reflecting on the endings of Jeremiah's words, Job's words, and David's season of fleeing, I was reminded of a powerful truth: Some seasons are supposed to end. God never intended us to build permanent homes in temporary places. Through the stories of Jeremiah, Job and David at the Jordan River, we look at what belongs in the next season—and what doesn't. What should we take with us? Faith. Worship. Hope. God's promises. And what should we leave behind? The burdens. The fears. The regrets. The things Jesus has already carried for us. If you've been sensing that God is doing something new in your life, this episode is for you. ✨ Take what sustains you. ✨ Leave what overburdens you. ✨ Cross over strongly. 📖 Scriptures referenced: • Jeremiah 20 • Jeremiah 30 • Jeremiah 51 • Job 31 & 42 • 2 Samuel 19 • Psalm 55:22 • Isaiah 43:18-19 • 2 Corinthians 5:17 • Luke 9:62 • Hebrews 8 & 12

He comes with good news." What if hope is not pretending everything is fine? What if hope is choosing to believe that God's goodness is still on the way—even when all you can see is a tiny speck in the distance? Together we'll explore: ✨ Why David expected good news ✨ What it means to "sit in the gateway" ✨ How disappointment can cause us to stop expecting God's goodness ✨ Why Jesus is the ultimate Good News ✨ How to remain hopeful during difficult waiting seasons If you've been discouraged, weary, disappointed, or wondering whether God is still working behind the scenes, this episode is for you. Why Is It Taking So Long And What To Do While You are Waiting

Have you ever felt like God gave you a promise... but forgot to give you a timeline? Maybe you're waiting for clarity. Waiting for healing. Waiting for a breakthrough. Waiting for a door to open. Waiting for God to move. And if you're anything like me, you've probably been tempted to help God along a little by overthinking, overanalysing, and emotionally sprinting ahead of His timing. In this episode, we explore the powerful story of David standing at the gate and Ahimaaz, the messenger who ran before the time was right. What happens when we rush ahead of God's timing? What if "not yet" isn't rejection? What if waiting is actually preparation? Join me as we talk about: Trusting God when nothing seems to be happening Why "not now" does not mean "never" The danger of emotional shortcuts Fruit in season versus rushed fruit Learning to wait at the gate without panicking If you're in a season of waiting, uncertainty, or unanswered questions, this episode is for you.  Key Scriptures: • 2 Samuel 18 • Ecclesiastes 3:11 • Psalm 46:10 • Song of Solomon 2:7 • Leviticus 27 Don't forget to subscribe, share this episode with a friend, and leave a comment. I'd love to hear what God is teaching you in your waiting season. And if you're still standing at the gate... Take heart. God isn't late. He's still writing the story.

episode Stop Asking for Signs (Do This Instead) cover

Stop Asking for Signs (Do This Instead)

Have you ever felt certain that God spoke… only to start doubting again when nothing happened? One moment you're at peace. You pray. You read Scripture. Something lands deeply in your heart. And then the waiting begins. Suddenly you're looking for another sign. Another confirmation. Another clue that you heard God correctly. In this week's episode of the Jules4Jesus Podcast, we explore the powerful story of the Queen of Sheba and discover the difference between testing God by demanding signs and seeking wisdom through relationship. Jesus tells us that the people of Nineveh believed Jonah, and that the Queen of Sheba travelled across deserts to hear Solomon's wisdom. Then He makes an astonishing statement: "Now something greater than Jonah is here." "Now something greater than Solomon is here." That "something" is Jesus. Together we'll unpack: ✨ Why the Queen of Sheba tested Solomon with hard questions ✨ The difference between seeking signs and seeking wisdom ✨ What it means to bring ALL your questions to God ✨ The true meaning of "the desires of your heart" ✨ Why waiting seasons are often preparation seasons ✨ How relationship with God transforms our desires If you've been overthinking, second-guessing, or asking God for one more sign, this episode is for you. 📖 Scriptures: Luke 11 1 Kings 10 2 Chronicles 9 Psalm 37 Song of Songs #Jules4Jesus #ChristianPodcast #FaithJourney #TrustGod
