This was long due! After such a long time, I found a book I really love. I think it was always in front of me I just needed to pay attention.  I would have loved to see the portrait Finn paints of June and her sister.  Also playing in the woods, pretending to be a 19th-century character- love it!

Since this is Pride Month, I wanted to start by talking about a though provoking essay by Judith Butler- “Performative Acts and Gender Constitution: An Essay in Phenomenology and Feminist Theory” It's a little complex but if you understand even half of what I talk about, do try to read up more about it.
