Beskrivelse

June 21, 2026 In a world that constantly asks, What have you accomplished?, the Apostle Paul invites us to ask a different question: Who are you becoming? In Week 3 of our ANCHORED series, we explore Philippians 3:7-14 and discover that following Jesus is not about building an impressive résumé or dwelling on our past successes and failures. Instead, it is about centering our lives on Christ and pursuing a lifelong relationship with Him. Paul reminds us that our identity is not something we earn through performance or achievement. We have already been claimed by Christ, and because we belong to Him, we can spend the rest of our lives growing in faith, becoming more like Jesus, and pressing forward with hope. When Christ is at the center, everything else finds its proper place. episode Anchored Pt. 4 – Anchored in Trust (06/28/26) cover

Anchored Pt. 4 – Anchored in Trust (06/28/26)

June 28, 2026 This week, we conclude our Anchored series with Jesus’ invitation to trust in Matthew 6:25-34. In a world marked by uncertainty, anxiety, and the pressure to control tomorrow, Jesus offers a radically different way of living. Rather than simply tell us to “stop worrying,” he points us to the faithful heart of our heavenly Father. Together we’ll explore why worry reveals what we trust most, how the gospel frees us from the burden of carrying tomorrow on our own, and what it means to seek God’s Kingdom first. When our hope, confidence, and identity are anchored in Christ, our future can be anchored in trust. Anchored Pt. 2 – Anchored in Hope (06/14/26)

June 14, 2026 What happens when life doesn't go according to plan? When uncertainty grows, suffering lingers, or the future feels unclear, where do we find lasting hope? In this message, we explore Paul's powerful words in 1 Corinthians 15 and discover that Christian hope is not built on optimism, positive thinking, or favorable circumstances. It is anchored in the historical reality of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Because Jesus lives, we can face life's storms with confidence, endure hardship with perseverance, and look toward the future with hope. The resurrection is more than an event we celebrate—it is the anchor that holds us steady through every season of life. The Story Continues Pt. 7 – The Gospel is Bigger Than You Think (05/31/26)

May 31, 2026 Peter thought he understood how God worked, until God challenged everything he assumed about who belonged in His kingdom. In Acts 10, the Gospel breaks through cultural barriers and expands beyond expectations as the Holy Spirit falls on Cornelius and his household. This message explores how God's grace consistently reaches farther than we imagine and challenges us to follow Him beyond our comfort zones. Whether you're stepping into a new season of life or simply seeking to grow in faith, Acts 10 reminds us that God's mission, mercy, and love are always bigger than we think.
