Beskrivelse

Real Human Connection! Boundaries, Self Mothering and being Honest This was a big one. Thank you Shanti Zimmerman (Instagram: @builtinpeac [https://www.instagram.com/builtinpeace/]e) for your directness and unabashed honesty. You pushed me out of my comfort zone and the connection was authentic and real. I felt like I was back in my acting workshops doing scene work with a master player. On another note. The things that were discussed are personal, sometimes raw and delicate subjects. I want to be totally transparent on this platform and also show respect for my loved ones. Life is complex, layered and time changes relationships. The topics I choose to talk about with guests can be loaded, for me, for them, for people listening in. We can love people unconditionally and still hold space for younger versions of ourselves that were hurt by them. This is real life guys! This is where the healing happens. ❤️‍🩹
