This is our first episode. No script and all over the place yet still focused (a.k.a. "Circle Talking," as noted in the title). Ms. Sano talks about vulnerability, illusory perfection, "why not," the impact of negative self talk and many other topics in the midst of her saying, "Um," 22 times. This episode has a variety of self growth and development messages in it however, the main message and purpose of recording this episode is about talking to and recording oneself as an assessment tool for personal and professional growth.
