Most birds build nests, lay eggs, and spend weeks raising their young. The Brown-headed Cowbird has taken a completely different approach. In this episode of The Neighborhood Naturalist, we explore one of North America’s most fascinating and often misunderstood birds. If you see one, consider recording your observation in eBird. Every checklist helps scientists better understand bird populations and migration while helping you become a more observant naturalist.
