Join Kat and Liam as they dive into the second episode of the Oval Office Podcast. On this episode the two expand on some pretty serious topics. Injury being the main topic of discussion. Liam and Kat talk about how these injuries come about, how they're handled. They also discuss how the injuries affect the athletes mental state as well as their physicality. Since the two ate Team Canada members, they expand on their times competing for Canada and the love track brings them as they represent the maple leaf abroad.

An Introduction to the Podcast
